We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only. As our small business grows, we hope to expand to international shipping.

AUSTRALIA:

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

NEW ZEALAND:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that as a small business, occasional shipping delays may occur. We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and if there is a delay with your order, you will be contacted directly.

Some pieces may be made to order, which means longer dispatch times may apply. Please check the product description for specific details on each item.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Livv.in.it, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise. Please email hello@livvinit.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your order with:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photo evidence of the damage or fault

Once reviewed and approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method after the item has been returned and inspected.

Exchanges & Store Credit: We understand sizing can be tricky. If your item is unworn, unused, and unwashed with all original tags attached, we may offer an exchange (subject to stock availability) or store credit — assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email hello@livvinit.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your order with:

- Your order number

- Items purchased

- Reason for exchange

- Your preference: exchange or store credit

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return postage details will be provided upon approval.

Items that show signs of wear or are missing original tags cannot be accepted.
